TDOC Deputy Commissioner Gayle Ray will share her view on what it takes to reduce recidivism for anyone in the criminal justice system based on research and what is being implemented at TDOC. She will talk about evidence-based practices and what works, also what is being done at TDOC to program inmates.

June 18
Dr. Rahn Bailey, chair of the department of psychiatry at Meharry University, who will present on the Antisocial Personality Disorder. Dr. Bailey has done presentations at numerous legal defense conferences regarding mental illness and its effects on people who commit crimes.
